　　——Sinopec Huadong Shengye 1 Well Plugged Successfully

　　Recently, our company has been invited by East China Drilling Company to carry out leak plugging construction on Shengye 1 well. During the construction process, we adopted the segmented pressure plugging technology and patented products to successfully solve the 2.8-meter vented karst cavern leakage in the limestone weathering zone. World-class puzzles.

　　Well Sheng page 1 is a shale well drilled by the East China Petroleum Engineering Company East China Drilling Company 70860 well team in Nanchuan area of Chongqing. The well started drilling on May 16, 2016, and the well depth began to occur 378 m. At 551-552.6m, venting occurred, and then there was an intermittent venting phenomenon during drilling. Drilling to the depth of 635m began to show wellhead return, and 2.8m venting occurred at 653.6-656.4m. After that, there were several intermittent ventings. Strong water was used to drill to a depth of 747m. The wellhead returned without water and large hard ash appeared on the wall. Rocks fall off blocks, top drive stoppages often occur, drilling tools are stuck, and drilling risks are extremely high. After analysis, it is a cave-type leakage at 653.6-656.4m, and there is a possibility of an underground river. As of May 30, the drilling company has repeatedly adopted methods such as cement injection, plugging ball, concrete slurry, and brick placement at the wellhead to stop the leakage, with no obvious effect.
